Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Wrinkless does not offer subscriptions. All purchases, including pre-orders and special purchase options, are one-time purchases.

Orders may be canceled or modified only before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled under our standard return and refund policy.

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you agree that the order cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us at wrinkless.straws@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests received before the order enters processing.
