Return and Refund Policy

Wrinkless accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns and do not charge any restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Items marked as damaged or defective upon arrival should be reported to wrinkless.straws@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
