Shipping Policy

Wrinkless processes orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, but delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Wrinkless is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us at wrinkless.straws@gmail.com and we will assist you.

All shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
